The sanfod hotel shandong is situated in the eastern part of qingdao city. The location is some way away from the most important sights, although in a good area for business activities and on the main route to laoshan mountain. The 21 storey main building contains 168 comfortable guestrooms and suites. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, idd phones, satellite tv and a mini bar. The hotel eatery on the second floor has eight differently styled rooms and is capable of holding 300 guests. The hotel serve shanghai and shandong food and dim sum, canton morning tea. Live amusement is provided on a nightly basis. There is also a korean eatery for those who are fatigued with chinese cuisine. The hotels moonlight coffee shop and doubled puppets bar is popular with visitors. There is also a bowling alley, a night club, a beauty salon and a sauna center here.
